SSC GD Constable 2026 CBT 27 अप्रैल से 30 मई 2026 तक चल रहा है, और इस बार 25,487 vacancies हैं। पिछले साल SSC GD में 25 लाख से ज़्यादा candidates centre तक पहुँचे थे, इसलिए कम posts होने के बावजूद हर मार्क की लड़ाई कड़ी है।
यह analysis exam को point-by-point तोड़ता है: overall difficulty, असली good attempts, section-wise trends, expected cut-off, normalisation, और अगर आपकी shift बाकी है तो plan। पर एक ईमानदार बात पहले, जो ज़्यादातर blog छोड़ देते हैं।
Analysis से पहले यह पढ़ें
- SSC ने candidates को साफ़ चेतावनी दी है कि असली question paper online share या discuss न करें।
- Public Examinations Act, 2024 के तहत live exam content फैलाना दंडनीय अपराध है, जिसमें fine और जेल तक हो सकती है।
- इसलिए यह page सिर्फ़ difficulty, attempts, official syllabus trends और practice material तक सीमित है। कोई leaked question नहीं।
- जो website किसी live shift का असली paper देने का दावा करे उससे सावधान रहें। वह unreliable भी है और गैरकानूनी भी।
SSC GD 2026 Overview
Phase और Shift Schedule
SSC ने GD 2026 CBT को लगभग एक महीने में चार phases में बाँटा है। अगर आपकी shift बाद में है, तो पहले की shifts का analysis आपका सबसे बड़ा फ़ायदा है।
- Phase 1: 27 अप्रैल से 2 मई 2026
- Phase 2: 4 मई से 9 मई 2026
- Phase 3: 18 मई से 23 मई 2026
- Phase 4: 25 मई से 30 मई 2026
- सरकार के Bakrid holiday बदलाव की वजह से एक exam day 28 मई से हटाकर 27 मई कर दिया गया।
- अपना date और shift हमेशा admit card पर देखें, किसी forward WhatsApp message पर नहीं।
SSC GD 2026 Exam Pattern
Marking Scheme - याद रखने वाली बातें
- हर सही उत्तर पर 2 अंक मिलते हैं।
- हर गलत उत्तर पर 0.25 अंक कटते हैं।
- कोई sectional timing नहीं है। पूरा 60 मिनट आपका है।
- Exam bilingual है, तो language paper के लिए English या Hindi चुन सकते हैं।
- CBT में sectional cut-off नहीं है, इसलिए merit के लिए आपका total score मायने रखता है।
यही एक नियम, कोई sectional timing नहीं, बताता है कि यहाँ score सिर्फ़ knowledge से नहीं, time management से तय होता है।
Overall Difficulty Level
अब तक की reported phases में paper Easy to Moderate रहा है। ईमानदार breakdown:
- Reasoning सबसे scoring section रहा, ज़्यादातर easy।
- Maths easy to moderate रहा, जिसमें arithmetic का दबदबा।
- English और Hindi उनके लिए आसान रहे जिन्होंने basics revise किए।
- GK और GA सबसे ज़्यादा बदलने वाला section है, और आमतौर पर यही तय करता है कौन clear करेगा।
अगर कोई shift ज़्यादा कठिन लगे, तो लगभग हमेशा वो GK set होता है, Maths नहीं। दो tough GK questions देखकर घबराएँ नहीं।
Section-Wise Trends और Good Attempts
ये वो topic areas हैं जो official syllabus और past papers के हिसाब से हर साल weight रखते हैं। यह तैयारी की guidance है, live paper नहीं।
1. General Intelligence और Reasoning
- High-weight topics: analogy, odd one out, series, coding-decoding, mirror और water image, non-verbal reasoning।
- Difficulty: easy। यहीं सबसे ज़्यादा accuracy का target रखें।
- Good attempts: 20 में से 17 से 19।
- Tip: reasoning तेज़ और साफ़ खत्म करें ताकि बचे minutes बाद में GK को मिलें।
2. General Knowledge और General Awareness
- High-weight topics: static GK, पिछले छह महीने का current affairs, basic science, सरकारी schemes, awards, sports, important days।
- Difficulty: moderate, और सबसे unpredictable section।
- Good attempts: 20 में से 12 से 15।
- Tip: यही mark-deciding section है। यहाँ दो extra सही उत्तर आपको cut-off के ऊपर ले जा सकते हैं।
3. Elementary Mathematics
- High-weight topics: SI और CI, percentage, ratio-proportion, average, time-work, profit-loss, number system।
- Difficulty: easy to moderate, लगभग पूरा arithmetic।
- Good attempts: 20 में से 16 से 18।
- Tip: speed formula याद रहने से आती है। SI, CI और percentage formulas exam day तक रोज़ revise करें।
4. English / Hindi
- High-weight topics: fill in the blanks, error spotting, synonyms-antonyms, one-word substitution, छोटा comprehension।
- Difficulty: दोनों language options में easy।
- Good attempts: 20 में से 16 से 18।
- Tip: ज़्यादा मत सोचें। ये questions basics पर अंक देते हैं, advanced grammar पर नहीं।
Good Attempts: पूरी तस्वीर
- एक मज़बूत candidate 62 से 68 good attempts high accuracy के साथ कर रहा है।
- Reasoning और Maths मिलाकर 33 से 37 attempts देने चाहिए।
- English या Hindi से 16 से 18 और जुड़ते हैं।
- बाकी GK से, और सबसे ज़्यादा variation यहीं होता है।
- 68 से ऊपर attempts कम गलतियों के साथ आपको expected cut-off से आराम से ऊपर रखता है।
Negative marking याद रखें। 10 unsure questions पर अंधा guess चुपचाप 2.5 अंक काट सकता है, जो एक पूरे question से ज़्यादा है।
Expected Cut-Off 2026
2026 में 25,487 posts हैं, जबकि पिछले साल 53,690 थे। सीटें कम और demand लगभग वैसी, तो cut-off ऊपर जाता है। नीचे के numbers को previous-year trend पर बना अनुमान मानें, गारंटी नहीं।
Cut-Off तय करने वाले Factors
- Vacancies की संख्या। 2026 में कम posts मतलब bar ऊँचा।
- कुल appearing candidates। GD हमेशा बड़ा pool खींचता है।
- Shifts भर में paper की overall difficulty।
- Marks का normalisation, क्योंकि exam कई shifts में होता है।
- State-wise और category-wise reservation distribution।
Official cut-off result के साथ ही आएगा, जो जुलाई 2026 के आसपास ssc.gov.in पर expected है। उससे पहले जो भी है वो अनुमान है, यह वाला भी।
Normalisation: आपका Raw Score Final क्यों नहीं
- GD कई shifts में होता है, इसलिए SSC fairness के लिए normalisation लगाता है।
- अगर आपकी shift average से कठिन थी, तो normalisation आपका score थोड़ा बढ़ा सकता है।
- अगर shift आसान थी, तो score थोड़ा नीचे adjust हो सकता है।
- कौन सी shift कठिन है ये आपके हाथ में नहीं, इसलिए दूसरी shift के दोस्तों से raw score compare करना बंद करें।
- Attempts और accuracy बढ़ाने पर ध्यान दें। fairness का काम system संभाल लेता है।
CBT के बाद Selection Process
CBT clear करना सिर्फ़ पहला गेट है। पूरा सफ़र:
- Computer-Based Test: scoring stage जो merit list तय करता है।
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET): दौड़, qualifying nature का।
- Physical Standard Test (PST): height, chest और weight की जाँच।
- Document Verification: original documents application से मिलाए जाते हैं।
- Detailed Medical Examination (DME): आख़िरी fitness gate।
CBT आपकी rank तय करता है, पर हर साल candidates PET और PST में सीट गँवाते हैं क्योंकि पढ़ाई के साथ physical तैयारी नहीं की। अभी से हल्की दौड़ शुरू करें, result के बाद के लिए मत छोड़ें।
अगर आपकी Shift अभी बाकी है
- Maths और Reasoning को scoring engine मानें। इन्हें तेज़ खत्म करें ताकि GK को बचे minutes मिलें।
- Static GK और पिछले छह महीने का current affairs exam तक रोज़ revise करें।
- सिर्फ़ 60 मिनट का timer लगाकर practice करें। cut-off मिस करने वालों को answer आते थे, बस समय खत्म हो गया।
- Fresh mocks से पहले SSC GD के कम-से-कम पिछले पाँच साल के previous year papers solve करें।
- Strategy fix करें: कौन सा section पहले, हर एक को कितने minutes, और अटके question को कब छोड़ना है।

- एक Maths question पर बहुत देर लगाकर time बर्बाद करना।
- GK में अंधा guess करके negative marks जमा करना।
- Result आने तक physical तैयारी नज़रअंदाज़ करना।
- Shifts भर raw score compare करके normalisation से पहले घबराना।
