This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid plans, subscriptions, courses, and test series purchased on ExamAtlas.comand its applications (the “Platform”), operated by [Legal Entity Name](“ExamAtlas”, “we”, “us”).
By making a purchase, you agree to this Policy.
ExamAtlas sells digital products and services — online subscriptions, mock test series, video courses, study material, and access to digital content. These are delivered electronically and made available for access immediately or shortly after successful payment. As such, they are non-tangible, non-returnable digital goods.
Because our products grant immediate digital access, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once access has been granted, except in the specific circumstances listed in Section 3. Please review the plan details, validity, and inclusions carefully before purchasing. Where available, use free previews/demos to evaluate the content first.
You may request a refund within [7] days of purchase if any of the following applies and the issue is verified by us:
You were charged more than once for the same order.
Your payment succeeded but the product was not activated and we are unable to activate it.
A persistent, reproducible technical defect prevents you from accessing the purchased content, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.
You received a plan materially different from the one you purchased.

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method used at purchase.
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within [7–10] business days, though the time for the amount to reflect depends on your bank/payment provider.
Any payment-gateway charges or applicable taxes may be deducted where permitted by law.
One-time purchases (a single course or test series) cannot be cancelled after access has been granted, except as per Section 3.
Auto-renewing subscriptions (if offered) can be cancelled any time before the next renewal date via your account settings or by emailing [support@examatlas.com]. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund the current active period, which remains usable until it expires.
We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a refund if we detect fraud, pricing errors, or a violation of our Terms & Conditions.
Free content, free tests, and trial access carry no charge and therefore no refund. If a free trial converts to a paid plan, the terms of the paid plan and this Policy apply from the date of conversion.
We may revise this Policy from time to time. The current version with its “Last Updated” date governs purchases made while it is in effect.
