ExamAtlas provides digital products and services — online subscriptions, mock test series, video courses, study material, and digital content. No physical goods are shipped. Therefore, no shipping charges, courier, or postal delivery is involved.
On successful payment, access to the purchased product is granted electronically and automatically to your registered ExamAtlas account, usually instantly and in any case within [24 hours].
You can access your purchased content by logging into your account on the Platform under “My Courses” / “My Subscriptions” (or the equivalent section).
A payment confirmation and access details are sent to your registered email address / mobile number. Please ensure these are correct at checkout.
If your payment is successful but access is not granted within [24 hours]:
Each product is valid for the duration stated on its plan page (e.g., 3 months, 6 months, 1 year). Access expires automatically at the end of the validity period unless renewed.
To access digital content you need a compatible device and a stable internet connection. We are not responsible for delivery delays or access issues caused by your device, network, or third-party service problems.
