You must be at least 18 years of age to register, make a purchase, or enter into a contract with us. If you are below 18, you may use the Platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your activity.

By using the Platform you represent that the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete, and that you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.

ExamAtlas is an online education and exam-preparation platform for Indian government and competitive examinations (including but not limited to SSC, Railway, Banking, Teaching/TET, State PSCs, and Police/Defence exams). We provide content such as previous year question papers (PYQs), practice tests and mock tests, current affairs, study notes, video lessons, blogs, and related learning material, some of which is free and some of which is paid.

The Platform is a preparation aid only. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agent of any government department, recruitment body, examination authority (e.g., SSC, RRB, IBPS, NTA, state commissions), or their official websites. We do not guarantee selection, employment, marks, rank, or any examination result. See our Disclaimer for full details.

Certain features require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@examatlas.com of any unauthorised use.

One account is for one individual. Sharing, reselling, or providing access to your account or paid content to others is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension without refund.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate any account that breaches these Terms, is used fraudulently, or harms the Platform or other users.

Paid plans, courses, test series, and subscriptions are offered at prices displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase. Prices are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., GST) as indicated at checkout.

Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full card or banking details. Your use of these gateways is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

A purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the relevant content for the validity period stated for that plan, for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Subscription validity, access duration, and renewal terms are as specified on the product/plan page. Where auto-renewal applies, it will be clearly disclosed before purchase, and you may disable it before the renewal date.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.

All content on the Platform — text, questions, explanations, notes, videos, graphics, logos, designs, software, and the “ExamAtlas” brand — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the content only for your own exam preparation. You must not copy, reproduce, record, screen-capture, redistribute, sell, sublicense, publicly display, upload to other platforms (including Telegram, YouTube, or any app), or create derivative works from our paid or proprietary content without our prior written permission.

Question papers, official notifications, and similar government materials remain the property of their respective authorities; we reproduce or reference such material for educational purposes only.

Any unauthorised commercial use, scraping, bulk downloading, or distribution of our content is a material breach and may attract legal action.

If the Platform allows you to post comments, doubts, reviews, or other content (“User Content”), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, display, and moderate such content on the Platform.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and confirm it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law.

We may, at our discretion and without prior notice, remove or moderate any User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

In respect of any User Content, ExamAtlas acts as an “intermediary” under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder.

We will acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and seek to resolve them within 15 days, as per applicable law.

The Platform and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the content is error-free, complete, current, or that the Platform will be uninterrupted or secure.

We make no guarantee of any examination result, selection, score, or outcome. Reliance on any content is at your own risk. Always verify exam dates, syllabi, eligibility, notifications, and results from the official websites of the concerned authorities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExamAtlas, its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or opportunity, arising from your use of the Platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
