Somebody downloads the City Intimation Slip, sees a city and a date printed on it, screenshots it, and posts "admit card aa gaya". It has not come. These are separate PDFs released at separate times for separate reasons.
The City Intimation Slip is an advance heads-up. It tells you the city allotted to you and the date your exam falls on, so that a candidate from Chapra who has been allotted Kolkata can book a train while tickets still exist. It is a travel-planning document. No invigilator will let you into the hall with it.
The Admit Card, which SSC calls the e-Admit Card, is the real thing.
