How to revise these facts in 10 minutes
Reading current affairs once and moving on is why most candidates blank out in the exam hall. The facts stay in short-term memory for about a day and then go. A short active-recall pass fixes that, and it costs you ten minutes.
Do it in this order. First, cover the page and say the four numbers out loud: 7.8, 5.25, 76, 32,388. If any one of them does not come back with its context attached, that section needs a second read. Second, write the four proper nouns that carry today's news: Bishkek, Sriharikota, Yashobhoumi, Ulaanbaatar. Place matters in objective papers far more than candidates expect, because a venue is the cheapest thing an examiner can test.
Third, pair each fact with its opposite trap. GDP 7.8% is the real growth rate, not the nominal 10.3%. EOS-05 flies on GSLV-F17, not on a PSLV. TRE 4.0 has 32,388 posts, while 26,426 is the revised BSSC Inter Level figure. Most wrong answers in a current-affairs section come from a near-miss number sitting in the same week's news, not from a fact you never read.
