SSC GD Constable 2026 CBT का अंतिम Phase इस सप्ताह पूरा हुआ, जिसमें 25,487 vacancies उपलब्ध हैं — पिछले साल की 53,690 से आधी से भी कम। चारों Phases में 25 लाख से ज़्यादा अभ्यर्थियों ने परीक्षा दी, इसलिए difficulty भले Easy-Moderate रही हो, merit की लड़ाई इस बार पहले से तेज़ है।
यह honest, shift-by-shift verdict है। आपको overall difficulty, realistic good attempts, section-wise trends, category-wise expected cut-off, normalisation का असर, और अगर आपकी shift बाक़ी से कठिन रही तो क्या करें — सब एक जगह मिलेगा। कोई बढ़ा-चढ़ाकर लिखे आँकड़े नहीं, कोई anumaan को data बताकर नहीं परोसा गया।

चारों Phases में pattern लगभग एक जैसा रहा। Reasoning सबसे ज़्यादा scoring section रहा, GK वो swing section रहा जिसने merit decide की, और Maths & English बीच में रहे — basics revise करने वालों के लिए comfortable।

एक date 28 मई से 27 मई पर shift हुई थी क्योंकि सरकार ने Bakrid holiday adjustment की घोषणा की थी। अगर किसी shift में paper unexpectedly कठिन लगा हो, तो 10 में से 9 मामलों में वो दिक्कत दो-तीन GK questions की थी — Maths या Reasoning की नहीं।

Marking Scheme: ये नियम आपका score तय करते हैं
- हर सही उत्तर पर 2 marks मिलते हैं।
- हर गलत उत्तर पर 0.5 marks काटे जाते हैं (2-marks question का 0.25)।
- कोई sectional timing नहीं है — पूरे 60 मिनट आपके हैं, जैसे चाहें बाँटिए।
- परीक्षा bilingual है — English या Hindi में से कोई एक चुनें।
- CBT में sectional cut-off नहीं है, इसलिए merit list के लिए आपका total score ही मायने रखता है।
यही एक नियम — "no sectional timing" — SSC GD में time management को सबसे बड़ा factor बना देता है, knowledge को नहीं। मज़बूत अभ्यर्थी ज़्यादा जानते हों, ज़रूरी नहीं — लेकिन वो Reasoning और English 25 मिनट के अंदर ख़त्म करके बचा हुआ समय GK में लगा देते हैं।
Section-Wise विश्लेषण और Good Attempts
1. General Intelligence & Reasoning
- High-weight topics: analogy, odd one out, series, coding-decoding, mirror & water images, non-verbal reasoning।
- Difficulty: चारों Phases में easy। यही आपका scoring engine है।
- Good attempts: 20 में से 17 से 19।
- Tip: Reasoning fast और clean ख़त्म करें ताकि बचा समय GK में जाए।
2. General Knowledge & General Awareness
- High-weight topics: static GK, पिछले 6 महीनों के current affairs, basic science, सरकारी schemes, awards, sports, important days।
- Difficulty: moderate, और shift-to-shift सबसे ज़्यादा बदलने वाला section।
- Good attempts: 20 में से 12 से 15।
- Tip: यही mark-deciding section है। यहाँ 2 extra सही answers आपको cut-off के ऊपर ले जा सकते हैं।
3. Elementary Mathematics
- High-weight topics: SI/CI, percentage, ratio & proportion, average, time & work, profit & loss, number system।
- Difficulty: easy to moderate। लगभग पूरा arithmetic, geometry/algebra के झटके नहीं।
- Good attempts: 20 में से 16 से 18।
- Tip: Speed formula recall से आती है। SI, CI और percentage के formulas exam day तक रोज़ revise करें।
4. English / Hindi
- High-weight topics: fill in the blanks, error spotting, synonyms-antonyms, one-word substitution, short comprehension।
- Difficulty: दोनों language options में easy।
- Good attempts: 20 में से 16 से 18।
- Tip: ज़्यादा सोचने की ज़रूरत नहीं। यहाँ basics के marks मिलते हैं, advanced grammar के नहीं।
Good Attempts: पूरी तस्वीर
- एक मज़बूत candidate 62 से 68 good attempts ला रहा है, high accuracy के साथ।
- Reasoning + Maths मिलकर 33 से 37 attempts देने चाहिए।
- English या Hindi 16 से 18 और जोड़ता है।
- GK बाक़ी fill करता है, और यहीं shift-to-shift सबसे ज़्यादा variation रहता है।
- 68 से ऊपर attempts low errors के साथ आपको expected cut-off से comfortable ऊपर रखता है।
Negative marking मत भूलिए। 10 unsure questions पर blind guessing आपके 5 marks चुपचाप ले सकती है — जो 2 पूरे questions से ज़्यादा है। यहाँ discipline ज़्यादा काम आती है, heroics नहीं।

2026 cycle में 25,487 posts हैं, पिछले साल के 53,690 के मुक़ाबले। कम seats और लगभग वही demand pool मतलब cut-off 5 से 10 marks ऊपर जाने की पूरी संभावना है। नीचे दिए आँकड़े पिछले साल के trends पर आधारित informed estimates हैं — SSC की official घोषणा नहीं।
Final Cutoff को कौन-कौन से Factors decide करते हैं
- Vacancy count. 2026 में कम posts मतलब हर category में बार ऊँचा।
- कुल अभ्यर्थी. SSC GD में हमेशा बड़ा pool रहता है — इस cycle में 25+ लाख।
- Phases में overall difficulty. Paper जितना easy, cut-off उतना ऊँचा।
- Normalisation. एक महीने में कई shifts चलीं, इसलिए marks adjust होंगे।
- State-wise और category-wise reservation. State quota राज्य-domicile अभ्यर्थियों की merit cut-off पर असर डालता है।

CBT के बाद का Selection Process
CBT clear करना सिर्फ़ पहला gate है। पूरा सफ़र पहली बार वालों की सोच से ज़्यादा लंबा है।
- Computer-Based Test (CBT): scoring stage जो merit list decide करती है।
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET): qualifying दौड़ — पुरुषों के लिए 24 मिनट में 5 km, महिलाओं के लिए 8.5 मिनट में 1.6 km।
- Physical Standard Test (PST): height, chest और weight category norms के हिसाब से check होते हैं।
- Document Verification: application में दी जानकारी original documents से मिलाई जाती है।
- Detailed Medical Examination (DME): अंतिम fitness gate; गंभीर medical conditions यहाँ filter होती हैं।

ग़लत जानकारी से बचें: किस पर भरोसा न करें

- WhatsApp forwards जो दावा करते हैं कि उनके पास actual paper है. SSC ने औपचारिक रूप से चेतावनी दी है कि live exam content share करना तो दूर, discuss करना भी मना है।
- Public Examinations Act, 2024 के तहत real exam material share करना दंडनीय अपराध है — जुर्माना और जेल दोनों हो सकते हैं। यह छोटा risk नहीं है।
- Telegram channels जो official से पहले "exact answer key" बेच रहे हैं. ये best case में अनुमान हैं, worst case में scam।
- YouTube thumbnails जो "exam paper out" चिल्ला रहे हैं. वही problem — clickbait, data नहीं।
